She has been a Registered Physiotherapist practicing over 15 years of clinical experience in various different fields of Physiotherapy including Musculoskeletal and Sports injuries, neurology, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and also teaching physiotherapy students.
She specializes and holds certifications in Repetitive Strain Injuries, Posture and Body Mechanics, Cervicogenic Headaches (headaches from neck origin) Tool assisted soft tissue release, Kinesio Taping, Chronic Pain Management. She also specializes and continues to learn Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Concussion Management.
She always maintained a deeper interest in applying Active Therapy, hands-on approach and Evidence Based Comprehensive Approach to achieve optimal recovery and improve quality of life. Sheethal enjoys working in partnership with her patients using her skill set. She believes in working together to plan the most appropriate treatments to address the everyday aches and pains.
In her free time, she enjoys biking, working out, exploring outdoors, cooking and playing with her dog.
